Background
AvantiCare provides holistic allied healthcare and wellbeing services for the aged community across South Australia. With a rapidly growing business AvantiCare was struggling to manage their accounting processes and develop financial reports which assisted their needs.
Our Approach
Aina was engaged to develop a long-term financial strategy including streamlining and improving processes. We reviewed current processes and management reports and implemented changes which helps AvantiCare to achieve it's vision. We provide business strategy and mentoring to the MD and assist in day to day accounts management. We provide monthly management reports and have assisted AvantiCare in setting up their first advisory board.
Results
We have successfully managed AvantiCare's finances since 2017. AvantiCare continues to grow financially and become a leader in their field and we are incredibly grateful to be a part of their vision. AvantiCare's MD was recently awarded "2019 Telstra Business Women's Award Winner, SA - Small Business".
